Email address in calendar names

I’m using Outlook 2013 (locally installed Office Pro Plus 2013) with Office 365 Small Business.

Of the five calendars that I use, two of them show my (Office 365) email address in the calendar name (name – email_address), which makes for extremely wide calendar tabs (long email address).

I have had other calendars over the years that are still in my list of calendars, but which I no longer use. Some of those also contain my email address in the calendar name, others do not.

Why do some calendars include my email address, and how do I remove the address from those calendar names?

The name on the calendar tab is associated with the account name.
to change that go to File, Account Settings, Account settings, highlight the account in the email tab and select Change. Then click More Settings and change the name on the General tab. Click Ok and finish the wizard.
