After going from Windows 10 to Windows 11 23H2 I have experienced horrible access to YouTube, X with the browser constantly locking up the UI. First I accessed with Chrome, my preferred browser, and it constantly locked up for as much as 15 seconds!!!
There was supposed to be a parameter that would disable that horrible Efficiency Mode that would stop that crap from affecting the browser but it refused to turn off.
Next I switched to Microsoft’s browser and again the same thing. The damn green leaves pop up and the browser goes down the toilet with public forums.
Someone wrote that Brave did not activate it but in this build it DOES activate it and again it is a constant UI lock fest. HOW CAN THIS GARBAGE BE KILLED ONCE AND FOR ALL???!!
