When I use Outlook on the Mac I can edit e-mails that I have received from others. This feature is especially handy for mailing lists. I can delete whatever I don’t care about and just save the important information. On my PC version I can only change the title, but not any of the text. Am I missing something, or is there a way to save changes to the received e-mail on the server?

look on the edit menu when you have a message open. as long as it was not sent marked as private, you can edit.
