I just setup a profile in the last week. Would like to change the picture it shows in my profile — I didn’t enter a picture at all, but it pulled it from somewhere else on the web.
Where does it get the picture for my profile? How do I change the picture in the profile?

When you signed up for the Lounge here, you used an e-mail address associated with a Gravatar account you are already using. The profile pictures here come from setting up a Gravatar account, and the pictures you set up with them.
So… sign in at Gravatar… this link is to their general help section: https://en.gravatar.com/support/
Once you are signed in, you can add and edit a profile picture. There is a link on how to recover your password, if you forgot about creating an account, or have no clue what the password might be.
Gravatar uses the same profile picture across wordpress sites… and apparently you signed up for that, somewhere.
