Is there anyway to edit the locations show in the Location drop down on the appointment dialog? I now have Board Room Boardroom Baordroom!!!! OK so perhaps I should learn to type without errors! but in the meantime how do I edit?

The list of remembered locations is stored in the Windows registry, in the LocationMRU value in the HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice11.0OutlookPreferences key. You can look it up in RegEdit.

If you want to start over, just delete the LocationMRU value. Editing is more difficult, for the entries are stored as Unicode in a binary value; I wouldn’t recommend it.
