For Outlook 2003, as far as I can tell, 30 seconds is the maximum period of time that you can have the pop-up email alert stay on your screen. Is there any way to increase this?

In Outlook 2000, the maximum was 30 minutes, which I really liked. If I’m away from my desk, I often miss the notification with 2003. (I know the little envelope displays on your task bar when you have a message, but that’s not as helpful since it will also display if you have any old unopened messages in your Inbox.)

What I’d really like is an option to “Display e-mail alert until you click it away.”

Any way to increase beyond 30 seconds in Outlook 2003?
