Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
For the second time in as many months, I have a problem when trying to download files from certain web sites. I receive a security warning asking me to allow dtsvc permission to run. If I click OK, the download seems to start, then just stops.
Does anyone have an idea as to a fix? I don’t know what the dtsvc process does and cannot find any suggestions for my problem.
