hm. There are probably better ways to do this, but I can’t think of any off the top of my head.
Try using an action setting. Select Run Program and put this in the box:
C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOFFICE11POWERPNT.EXE “c:test.ppt”
That would open PPT in edit mode with the file text.ppt (on your C: drive) opened. Not sure where you intend to house the templates, but if the path is the same on all systems for the networked drive, this should work. Of course, it also assumes that PPT is installed using the same file path/directory on everyone’s systems as well.
