Once in a while, not all the time, when I go to my INBOX to download incoming emails to my project folders, when I try to drag and drop, I get the circle with the slash through it — indicating it will not move the email(s) into the target folders. Then, sometime later, it works fine. My IT people say it may be a need for me to rearrange the disk drive (defragmenter). Does the Lounge agree? Anyone else with this particular problem (and with a solution)?

    Thanks.

Could also be the fact that the email has NOT been fully copied to your hard drive and is still in use.

So, patience should clear it up? Usually within a few minutes it allows dragging and dropping again. However, I have a loarge cache of emails and could the numbers of emails be the problem?

Are you working on an Exchange Server or Internet client?

Duh. We have a network of PCs tied into an AS400. That’s all I know.
