I am having trouble downloading. After selecting download the green progress bars at the bottom start then stop after about 1/2way. Some times MS error reporting kicks in other times nothig happens. When I hit stop or close window the MS error reporting box pops up. When I hit send or dont send all my IE windows then close. This happens on numerous sites, the common element is my PC

It getting very frustrating. I have Norton Internet security installed, but the problem has recently appeared.

Any thoughts?
