    I can just barely create an out of office autoreply, I goto tools/out of office assistant & then enter my text but I cannot specify the date upon which this autoreply should be applied. How can I do that b/c if I leave it as it is I

      From OOA, click Edit Rules then Advanced and you can enter start and end dates in the next dialog box.
