Do you use Cloudflare DNS? They’ve had rolling outages worldwide.

If you’ve gotten,  “Humm. We’re having trouble finding that site” this may be the cause.  I use Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and momentarily hit this pothole a couple of times.
