Poorly phrased in the topic, but I haven’t patched since June.   So, do I just install the latest ones that update is offering or do I need to go back and install all the previous ones?

You appear to be updating using the Group A cumulative Security & Quality Rollups. When you install the August rollup, it will everything that was included in the July rollup.

See Woody’s August 10th article, about installing the July updates without whatever mitigations have been included in the August rollup.

We are waiting a change from MS-Defcon 2 in the next few days, suggested by Woody recently. When the go-ahead timing is given, Woody will post the instructions and possible alerts then. If you don’t have an immediate, pressing need for updating, you might choose to wait for Woody to update the Defcon.

Thanks for the reply and tips Kirsty.  Yes, I’ll wait to see what is recommended here.
