    Just converted to Outlook 2003 from 2000 and runs on Exchange Server. Personal Distribution lists pull the name from “Display as” in outlook contacts. The person’s name is not displayed in the PDL—just their e-mail address. Have hundreds of names in the PDL. Is there anyway to do a global change for display as so the PDL will update the name column?

      Not in native Outlook, but there is code in this thread to do a bulk conversion. And here is advice on how to use code in Outlook. Post back if you need more help.
