    A friend suddenly is having problems with Outlook Express. When he prepares an email and then clicks on SEND, he gets disconnected from his ISP. He reconnects and then clicks on SEND and everything works fine. Any suggestions??

      in the connection settings he has it set to use a specific one. change it to use any available.
