disable userform (NL/Excel/2003)

Hello all,

I have created a userform that is showing, as visible aid, where the user is within al the sheets of an Excel workbook.
Every sheet will change the picture in th userform frmMap
But after changing the map the userform sill got the focus.
Hou can I change the focus back to the Excelworkbook and leave the userform on the screen?
