Disable ‘Delegate can see my private items’ option (2003 SP2)

Is there any way to disable the checkbox to “Allow delegate to see my private items” for all users in an Exchange organization? We’d like to leave it unchecked and remove the ability for users to change the option. We do have some buttons disabled through group policy, but I can’t find a default option and I also cannot find a custom code to disable it that way. Any help would be mucho appreciated! Thanks!
