Difference between two times – to the second

I am trying to calculate the difference between two times to the second and am having difficulty.
The object is to see how long it takes to process a report. That is the time it starts to when it prints.

Start Print Duration
05:00:03 05:06:37 #VALUE!
05:06:37 05:09:39 ??????

I am using Excel 2010.

You should be able to just subtract the first column from the second

Excel treat 1 day as the number 1, so 1 second is 1/(60*60*24).
You could subtract one from the other and multiply by 86400, formatted as a number, or do as rory suggests and format as seconds.

Do the math, as initially suggested, and format the answer with hh:mm:ss.
