What would be a fast way to delete all the information under “customers” and “contains” but keep all the “location” spots. I did a append query based on criteria to move the information to the “no longer customers table” now I can get rid of there names and the contains but I need to keep the “location” field alone, because I will reuse all those spots with new customers. Right now I’m tabbing down-hitting delete-tab-delete-tab-delete in both the “customer” and the “contain” fields. Last week I have over 300 names along with there 300 contains —that was 600 tab-deletes I did. Please help.

I think your title should be delete info in columns 1 and 2 but not 3 and 4.
Rows are for records, and columns are for field (name)s.
Sorry, but this does not answer your question.

Without knowing how your table is structured we can’t really advise on a query.
      What database are you using?
      What is the table structure?

      cheers, Paul
