I’d have to think this would run on Windows 7 x64 but can anyone verify that?

Deanna from OlderGeeks here. We tested it on Windows XP, 7 and 10. 64 bit versions of 7 and 10. It works fine. Randy just forgot to add the 7 to the download. Silly Randy. Btw, I used to be a teacher. Used this baby a lot!
