I have  no idea what this is about and I have had computers since 1999.  A profile folder?  No one touches my machine except me and I run as Admin on all my computers.  If I want to move everything to a new computer I do that with cloning software.  As for email, I use Thunderbird and it is very easy to transfer all mail to a new computer.

      Is just something for businesses?

So indeed, not for you – nor for me 🙂
