I need some help please to design a database that is a tariff and upon which I can calculate quotes.

I receive rates from dozens of airlines that carry cargo for me, these are given in weight breaks such as Minimum $100.00

      Steve,

I think you need 2 tables. The first is the DestinationCharge table which is comprised of: Airline, Destination, FSC, SSC, AwbFee.

The 2nd table would be a child table to the first table, and would record each weight range as a separate record, with these fields: Airline, Destination, Weight, Rate.
