When I print my daily calendar there is a section for notes. How can I see that section in my calendar so that I can put notes in it? Thank you!

The notes area for the printed calendar item is intended for you to be able to write information – it is not a field. You can go into the Page Setup and choose that it is blank or lined – whichever you find easier to write in. Hope this helped… trish

Carol, when you double-click the Calendar entry, a calendar Item window should pop up, like this graphic.

        Hi John,

I know how to double click on a time of the day and type in appointments, notes etc. What I was referring to was in the DAILY view, when you print out that page, in the lower right-hand corner is an area for notes, just under the area for Task Pad. You can view the Tasks, but I have not found a way to view that Notes area so that I could type notes into it. Thanks for your response.

This thread seems to address a problem I’m having. I’ve typed details into the bottom window of the appointment, but when I view the entire day, I only see the appointment title. Print preview certainly doesn’t reveal my details either.
