    In Office 2003 I would customize the toolbars and remove individual icons (commands) that I never used. Is there any way to do that with Office 2010? As far as I can tell, you can only remove entire groups.

      There have been some recent discussions about ribbon editing solutions. I haven’t tried any of them myself.

      I believe that is correct, at least when you are using the customize the ribbon interface in Word option.
