Customising Global address book (2003)

We would like to add user fields to the global address book view. Can this be done please?

I don’t know about the Address Book View, but by right-clicking a GAL name and selecting Properties, a large number of information fields are available; in my attachment most of the fields have data but I censored them. In my company these fields are now populated by a custom intranet application, but previously we used a distributable applet called something like “galedit.exe”
