I have a PPT presentation with multiple custom shows in it. I want to deliver these custom shows via Webex conferencing. Webex does not support the custom shows feature of PPT – you can only show the entire thing, and can only navigate non-sequentially by a dropdown that shows each slide’s number and title. I’ve tried “printing” to a PDF of the custom show, but Webex doesn’t make a very good job of showing PDF’s – for example, landscape appears on its side, in portrait mode: the rendition quality of graphics is also poor.

Is there any way I can get PPT to create me separate PPT (or PPS) files for each custom show, that I could then deliver on Webex?

Do you show the ‘custom shows’ in a linear fashion? or do you jump to then as and when needed ?

If it’s the format, can you not just create a show with all your slides in the correct order ?

      Cheers

The custom shows are different subsets of slides from the overall presentation. Individually, each custom show is made up of slides that run from front to back (i.e. with increasing slide numbers), but not contiguous slides (e.g. show one has slides 1, 3, 12-18, 34, 45, 56, while show 2 has 1, 3, 10-16, 34-40, 44, 50 and 57)
