    How does one male Custom Actions for rules in Outlook 2003?

    Could it be done via VBA?

    Any examples?

      Unless Custom Actions have changed since earlier versions, they typically are compiled programs. VBA stored in Outlook’s VbaProject.otm file is invoked using the “run a script” [sic] option. Some examples have been posted here in the past year or so, for Outlook 2002.
