Creating custom toolbar/button (VBA Excel 97)

I just learned from another post how to copy modules from one document to the personal.xls folder. Now I need to use code from that same module to create a custom toolbar and a button on that toolbar, which I assign to the macro (for our purposes say “Macro1”) I just copied. Never done this before. HELP!!
