    Hi,

Hoping someone can help. I have a subdirectory with approx 6000 photos in it, named so that they occur in a specific sequence. I have a second subdirectory that contains a series of word documents that tell the story of the each photograph, also in the same sequence. I have an excel spreadsheet with the list of photos (in identical specific sequence) and a second column with the matching documents and I would like to hyperlink to each photo to the list, and then in the second column, to each explanatory document. Is there any way to create bulk hyperlinks?

    Thanks in anticipation

Are the values in the first and second column completely qualified file names, including drive and subdirectory?

Can you post an example of the first few lines of your Excel file?

      Hi,

No they are not file names – the actual file names are something along the lines of R 10011-00,00250,00015,15_50_46,21-03-2011.doc (or .jpg) – there is a reason and logic to the file names. For the spreadsheet, it is all simplified for readablility. The highlighted red bit above becomes the name of the link eg PSN 00015. I have attached a sample. In the real spreadsheet, there will be missing numbers in the sequence eg photo 00001, 00005, 0009 etc.

      Thanks
