Create Custom Icons

I have an access database but I want to be able to create a shortcut to it, using a graphic (.gif) as the icon for the shortcut. I know how to assign the shortcut a different icon, but I don’t know how to convert the .gif into a .ico file.

Can anyone help me on this?

Do a search for icons at a site like http://www.download.com(sorry the tags make a link weren’t working). There’s plenty of freeware or shareware that will do exactly what you want.
