EU REPORTING THAT WHEN SHE TRIES TO PRINT A BLOCK OF
CELLS FROM EXCEL IT SOMETIMES CRASHES EXCEL. THE SAME
CELLS DO NOT ALWAYS CRASH EXCEL. THE MESSAGE IS: WINDOWS
HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR AND MUST CLOSE EXCEL. THIS
    HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.

Where do I start? I used the Detect & RepaiR function but
    it did not work.

    THANKS

Is this only happening on one workbook? If so, then there is a possibility that it is corruption in the worksheet. Try the following:

1- Open the workbook and select Save As from the File menu. In the “Save as type” drop down list select “Web Page (*.htm, *.html)” as the type of file. Click OK to save the file.

2- Shut down Excel and start it back up. Using File/Open open the HTML file that you just saved in step 1.

3- Use File/Save As to save the file back as a normal Excel file.

See if this file still causes the problem.

Be sure to keep a copy of the original file as the above procedure may lose some formatting or other things.
