    I recently got a new PC with Word 2002 preloaded running Windows XP Professional. We use Office 2000 in our office, so I installed it, and I am having trouble with Word, when I close a document, several times a day, it crashes and I get that polite message saying that Word has to close. It never locks the computer up, neither have I lost any work, because it always happens when I am closing a document, I believe an unsaved document. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
