• Count records in form (A97)

    hello,
    I have a unsolve matter which i need your guys help very much. Herewith I attached a file on my support statement here.
    The problems are :-
    1) I search the fdport name and it appear on the unbound textbox. but theres a msg box which stated “Item not found in this collection”. what does it mean and how to get rid of this message? My method here is Click search button and input haiphong in the fdport textbox then click execute button.

    2) after the records display at the form, i want to know how many records with the same name of ‘haiphong” because theres a different codes for that. (you can see in the table at Prtcode column). Thats what i have created navigator to show numbers of records the records and buttons of previous,next,ends etc. I hv tried many times but still not successful. Pls help brickwall

      1) Your code repeatedly refers to a control and to a field named ShippedID, but there is no such control on the form, nor is there such a field in the table.

      2) Why not use a bound form and the built-in navigation buttons? They do all the hard work you’re trying to do in code.
