Could not find “defer upgrades and updates” in Local Group Policy Editor

From the November 8, 2022, spreadsheet:

“2) If you do not see deferral options, you may need to use group policy editor to defer quality updates” “See: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/set-period-defer-upgrades-updates-windows-10”

I could not find “defer upgrades and updates” under “Local Computer Policy > computer configuration > admin templates > windows components > windows updates”. Have Windows 10 Pro, 21H2. It wasn’t an option in column to the right. [Thank you.]

For me, on Windows 10 Pro, it is under WINDOWS UPDATES FOR BUSINESS.

Thanks very much. I got that far but was looking, word for word, for “defer upgrades and updates”! I suppose “Select when Quality Updates are received” was the closest, and therefore what I wanted? I finally logged out and Win 10 Pro went ahead and installed whatever was waiting. Will do better at staying ahead of “installing, ready or not.” Thank you.

What mele20’s WU for Business screen looks like when – Select When Quality Updates are Received – is clkd. With Macrium Images I Clk/DO almost immediate CU installs (never an issue) and thus have a -0- Delay number.

You can in Windows Update section / Configure Auto Updates have it Enabled and from PKC notes a “2” from the drop-dn menu = [2 = Dnload occurs Only when Dnload Button Clkd].
One last PKC note: WU for Business/ Select when Preview Builds & Feature Updates are recvd: PKC says choose “1” day delay to NOT have Non-Security Updates Offered….Working for me…..
