• Copying Tracked Changes to a Table

I would like to copy each tracked change into the left cell of a two column table so I can add my own comments to the right cell as I try to categorize the changes.

Any ideas on the most painless way to accomplish this?

    Thanks!!

That might be difficult because revisions (tracked changes) can be formatting changes as well as insertions and deletions.

You could use VBA to loop through the Revisions collection of a document.
Each Revision has a Range property of which you could retrieve the Text, and a Type property that indicates what kind of revision it is.
See Revisions Collection Object and Revision Object.

Word 2002 and later have the option to print a list of revisions – select List of Markup in the Print dropdown in the Print dialog.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
