I have created a toolbar, attached to a document, that uses macros to carry out specific functions. I wish to copy this toolbar to other documents.
Can anyone help with this as the task needs to be replicated about 30 times, a lot of tedious work.

      Hi Phil:
One of the VBA experts may have a better solution, but if you really want these macros & toolbar available to so many documents, wouldn’t it be easier to save it as a template & then load it as an add-in (or even as a global template)? Then it would be available whenever you needed it. Another solution would be to save it as a template & use it as the attached template for that type of document.

        Sorry Phil

I didn’t explain very well. The documents are already saved as templates with the tool bar attached.

I have made an addition to the toolbar which I now want to copy to all the documents.

          Hi Phil:
Still, instead of having so many templates with the same toolbar, couldn’t you have one template that you load as an add-in or put in the startup folder? Then you only have to change the toolbar in one location, unless I’m missing something (wouldn’t be the first time). smile
