    Hello Everyone,

I need to copy emails and attachments to a network drive. I don’t want to save the email separate than the attachment. I want to do all in one file. Is there a way to do this. Thanks.

You can either copy your entire .pst file, or create a new one (File | New | Outlook Data File…), then copy e-mails into the new .pst file (use copy & paste, or drag them with Ctrl held down). When you’re done, you can close the new .pst file.

Outlook’s proprietary .msg format will preserve a message and its attachments. Of course, it can only be read in Outlook.

Depending on your needs, printing the message and all attachments to a single PDF file might be another option. (I use pdfFactory, which makes it easy to capture multiple print jobs into a single PDF.)

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
