Last year I was shown a neat 3 key shortcut to place a webpage into a word document. Now it is time for the new handbooks. New year, new look. Need to do it again. Do you think I can remember? No-o-o-o. Please – how was that again?

I’m not so good at recovering old memories… Did it involve select-all-copy-and-paste, or File>Open?

Added: Or… was it a screen shot?

Generally I’d use a screen shot for a manual

{Alt / Print Screen} to copy the active window to the clipboard
{Click on word} and click on the place you want the insertion
Edit > Paste SPecial > Picture (Windows metafile)

Does a fairly clean job and prevents Word second guessing everything badly grin

This looks familiar. I will try it, and get back to you.
Thank you for your prompt response.

I’ve had this problem before. Not the copying webpage thing, but the not remembering thing. If you go to the Woody’s Lounge main index and click on your user name, it’ll take you to a list of all of your past posts along with each post’s threads.
