    Hi,

Is there any simple way of creating a view or list of calendar appointments from the Outlook Calendar. The information I was thinking of was:
    Date
    Times
    Location
    Subject.

The end result is I would like to create a list of activities for a up to a 12 month period rather than carry around 12 x 1 month prints.

    Greatly appreciate any assistance.

You can view appointments in a list rather than a grid. One example would be Outlook’s built in Events view. You still don’t have much flexibility in formatting the view for printing, but you do get at least one table option.

Following Jefferson’s answer and from my answer to post 735,731 (you didn’t exactly ask the same question twice, but your post there and in this thread are somewhat redundant) you can further customize the Events or All Active Appointments Views with Filters and the Field Chooser. Access the Field Chooser by right clicking on the field headers in the list view, and then dragging fields on and off the header row.

You can also export your calendar items to Excel, choosing the date range and fields that you want, if you find that easier to format for printing etc. Do this via File -> Export.
