Is there a way to control the Access Window?

I have a situation in which I need to make sure the user sees a notification even if Access has been minimized. Ideally, I’d like to restore the Access window and make it the current window on the desktop.

I have a pop-up form I make visible when this situation arises, but if Access is minimized, only this form is visible, and I can’t make the rest of the application visible! And while this form does become visible, it won’t pop-up over anything else I may be working on (like writing this message).

I thought I once knew how to control the Access Window, but you don’t use something for 5 or 6 years, and you kind of forget how.
