i assume you mean the file as field? yes, you’ll need the addin to charge that field (or do it using VBA)

In Outlook 2000 it was easy to set the Contacts as an address book sorted last, first. I can see how to do this for NEW enteries but the existing ones are a mess of both. There used to be an Outlook add-in to resort them all. Is this necessary?

I followed this and now my address book is sorted last, first.
I’ve installed the olk1001.exe upgrade, don’t know if that had any bearing, as I hadn’t found my way to the sort change sheet prior to installing it.
