I have my boss’s Mailbox in my Folder List as I manage all his e-mails, contacts etc. I can send e-mails on his behalf.
I want to view activities, in particular e-mails that were sent to people in his contacts folder. I can do it on my contacts, but when I go to the activity tab on any of his contacts, I get a dialogue box saying that no folders are defined for the activity tab of this contact and that I should select properties in the contact folder. On the activity tab set the folder that should be searched for items related to this contact.
When I do this, there is no activities tab.
And if there is a work around anyway of setting it so I don’t have to do the whole process for 2,000 contacts!
