    Is there a way to use conditional formatting on a yes/no field. As far as I can tell the option is grayed out on the menu. Is there a way around this?

      Not to my knowledge – in fact there is very little you can change from a format perspective for check boxes. On the other hand you can use a text box bound to a Yes/No field and then you have some options.
