I read an interesting post yesterday on gHacks that discussed whether or not your computer was compatible with Windows 11. I thought I would pass on the information to you folks.

So far, there are 89 comments, many of them disparaging M$. The compatibility issue is well explained.

The most interesting reply for me was how to avoid installing it without having an MS account. The post and the comments make for interesting reading. As for me I’m sticking with the latest version of Win 10 until the bugs are worked out with Win 11.

    Peace, CAS

The article say “System firmware UEFI, Secure Boot capable” so that means older PC with legacy BIOS won’t be compatible. What a good marketing strategy to force people to buy a new computer.
      It suck’s.

Also they say that you need a Microsoft account tou install Win 11.

They really want to get control on everything. This pissed me off.

Home only. With workarounds. Same as 10.
