Here is today’s question: I’d like to create a formula that will do a left lookup and then select the second (or third or fourth) instance of the lookup value. I’ve been playing with this for a while, and I feel like I’m almost there, but I can’t seem to nail it down.

I think the VLIndex is more appropriate since the OP wants to select a particular one (2nd, 3rd, etc). The VLookUpAll finds all of them and puts them together…
