Well, I’m back again and this time I KNOW this is a simple question. I have added a combo box to my form, and I would like to populate it with all the values from a table. I’ve been trying the expression builder, but honestly, I’m lost. I can do VB, but SQL has always thrown me for a loop. How do I create an expression to populate the box with all the records in the column Builder ID from the table Builder Codes?

Have you used the wizard for the creation of the combo box? Try that, it guides you all the way thru.

And therein lies the rub. I have absolutely no idea how to invoke that beastie. I’ve managed to change the field from text to Combo, but the wizard lurks invisibly.

Recreate the combobox from scratch by choosing the combobox from the toolbox.

That’s just what I did. Thanks! With the help of this group, I’ll get through this!
