I know this is stupid but…. Got a combo box on a subform that beeps when I click on an entry on the list. I have attached the obnoxious forms. The combo that is problematic is the Department on the subform. I know you will spot the issue within seconds and I do appreciate your time. Thank you.

I don’t understand what you are doing, and you have some problems in your design. But the immediate problem is that the query behind the subform is not updatable.
