Combo box (2003)

Hello,

I am creating a table in access. I want one of the fields in the table to list previous entries as well as be able to put new information. currently I created a combo box with a query, but the query list a name multiple times instead of one only. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Replies

Open the query in design view.
Click in an empty part of the upper half of the query design window.
Activate the Properties window. It should be titled Query Properties.
Set the Unique Values property to Yes.
Close and save the query.
