I need to combine two classes attendance into one. Looking at the tblClasses you will see there are two ACLS classes “ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support)” and “ACLS Recert”. There are three classes in this situation. I have created a field in the tblClasses called RequiredID entering the class number for the class that I want to be related to the class listed in ClassName column. What I need is the ACLS Recert due date to be reported as the due date. For example Judith Allison has a recert date that should be reported out as 2010, but it is reporting her ACLS (Advan…) class that runs out at the end of this month.

    Thank you for your help.

Hi, where in the tables is this “recert date that should be reported out as 2010”?
I can see your website link doesn’t work.

Before we tackle your problem, you should do the following:
      – Replace the ClassName field (text) in tblCombRequired and in tblCombRequiredCerts with a new field ClassID (number) that contains the corresponding ClassID.
      – Replace the HHRequired field (text) in tblHRResultsObtainedMaster with a new field HHRequiredID (number)
      – Create relationships between the tables on the appropriate fields, and enforce referential integrity for the relationships.
Please post your database again when you have done this (and answer grovelli’s question).
