In the process of helping a poster on this forum with Outlook Calendar problems I thought I would share my method to combine the events from multiple Calendars into one Calendar. In other words: move all the appointments, holidays, etc. from one Calendar and add to another Calendar.
The instructions are in the attached .pdf file.
There will be another posting related to this in extracting the events in a Calendar.
